Every Rotary club, no matter what size, meets once a week. The weekly meeting is an integral part of maintaining contact with other Rotarians, developing professionally, and learning to participate in community service and fellowship projects. The weekly meeting requires the volunteer help from many members.

Rotary Meetings

Rotarian volunteers run the weekly meetings with opportunities to set up the meeting space, provide musical ambience, greet guests as they arrive, and check-in members and guests.

While the speaker may be the feature of the program, there are crucial components of the business meeting where members can volunteer. These include leading the club with an inspiration, the Pledge of Allegiance, a song, the Four Way Test, or sharing Rotary history.
