It provides a simple, fun, engaging, method to help members of a Rotary club see the big picture, understand the historical significance of Rotary, and bring the club members into a unified team who will work synergistically to improve their community and the world.
Rotary 101 affects every aspect of Rotary within in a club, and helps all Avenues of Service. Those members who complete the course and graduates have a much better understanding of their importance to the success of their own club as well as the impact of Rotary International worldwide.
