Dear Family of Rotary:
In my rotary travels and visits to Rotary Clubs and Districts, I have come across projects and ideas that are worth sharing with the world of Rotary.
One such project which deals with helping Members in Rotary become Rotarians is a project call Rotary 101 started in the large Long Beach, California, Rotary Club. I found this to be a valuable program in that this program creates awareness in helping Rotary Clubs to take action in developing strong member retention, besides just moving members of Rotary to becoming True Rotarians. This program was a big help in getting Long Beach Rotary Club to be the largest 100% Paul Harris Club in the world. I encourage all Proactive Rotary Club Leads to investigate and see the benefit of incorporating Rotary 101 into your Club and District. You cannot argue with success and this Rotary 101 has proven to be a Success Story worth trying all Proactive Rotary Clubs.
